Kashmir Conflict, Situation and future aspects

There is a heaven on earth, and it was none other then The Kashmir. But now in today's scenario it is not less then a hell. Yes i am talking about our Kashmir, India's integral part. The land of rivers, Himalaya and gods. But there are some devils that need to be killed. Innocent civilians, brave soldiers are being brutally attacked and few of the insects (the terrorists) are being killed by our men as well. But whose behind it, let me be straight, there are some local leaders, separatists, the hurriyat, and terrorist who have only one aim in life (no peace on this planet). They get funding from Pakistan, and other terrorist organisation based in Asia, maybe outside as well. But why should India pay for them. You know what, the total population of Kashmir is 1% of India's population and budget is 10% of Indian budget. Why should those 99% Indian let go of their right on the remaining 9%. I am not being partial but every Indian has similar right on the Government funds. And it is above interests of some insects and politicians if they are part of it.

Kashmir part - Total expenditure in Budget for 2017-18 has been placed at`21.47 lakh crores and this is expected to have multiplier effects and lead to higher growth. 
The total resources being transferred to the States and the Union Territories with Legislatures is Rs. 4.11 lakh crores in 2017-18, as against Rs.3.60 lakh crores in BE 2016-17.

Let us take an example of it. Suppose you have a big house and you rented one room to someone. Now after some time that person starts interfering in your house matters, enters in other parts of house in unauthorised way, but you do nothing then they are happy and do not damage the rented part of house. But your next generation is strict about protecting property, they beat the hell out of the tenant when they do any of above. And does fencing of the rented part so unauthorised entry is restricted. Now as they get frustrated they start protecting against this decision, start damaging the rented part and nearby area. They start making group of the child in your house by offering them chocolate against you people but you are doing right be bold. Lets now connect it to Kashmir, they rented part is Kashmir occupied by Pakistan and other people who are against India. The separatists, hurriyat, anti Indian people are tenant, lets kill them all. Students over there are also affected, there is mismanaged studies and students who are from all over the Country and even some may be from around the globe. Why should they suffer. There is heavy loss of revenue for locals as well as the government due to these tensed situations.

Here comes the act of Central government as they can force removal of some policies and force state government to follow strict action suggested, make and supervision of actions of army as it is the time to or die for kashmir. I believe government can remove Article 370 and give freehand to Army for few days and Kashmir will be as good as anyother state of India and even better. Article 370 of the Indian constitution is an article that grants special autonomous status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The article is drafted in Part XXI of the Constitution: Temporary, Transitional and Special Provisions.The State's Constituent Assembly was empowered to recommend the articles of the Indian constitution to be applied to the state or to abrogate the Article 370 altogether. After the state Constituent Assembly has dissolved itself without recommending abrogation, the Article 370 was deemed to have become a permanent feature of the Indian Constitution.
Specially then People of Kashmir will be equal to any other citizens after removal of Article 370. The state government, central government and President shall all discuss about it and find the best solution for Kashmir. This is happening out to be darkest summer for Kashmir please stand together.
